In Colorado, not only do we have the mountains for inspiration, but we have the flexibility in our quest for great barbeque. Not expected to adhere to a certain style of BBQ by critics or long-standing regional traditions. This allows us to adapt our favorite tastes from hot spots across the country and to create a unique blend that is Colorado BBQ. 

EATS:

Serving up locally sourced prime brisket, St Louis ribs, pulled pork, sausage links, and more. All platters and sandwiches are served with housemade sides.

Add on a favorite like the Hillbilly Nachos, Atomic Buffalo Turds, Smoked Chicken Wings, or a Specialty MacNCheese. 

DRINKS:

Sip one of our local craft cocktails like the infamous Margarita or Smoked Bloody Mary. In the mood for a beer? We have colorado beer, seltzer, or cider options too. Make sure to ask your server about our rotating draft handles!

VIBES:

Enjoy outdoor dog-friendly seating and big smiles from our awesome team.

Dance in the summer twilight with live local music on our stage every Friday 5pm to  8:30pm throughout the summer.
